In this gentle class, you will be guided through a meditation for releasing stuck tension in the body and mind. You will be given opportunities to tap into an inner well of energy and clarity. Recharge with Beth in this twice-weekly check-in and meditation session.

About Your Teacher

Beth Slowik is a 200 hour certified Kripalu yoga instructor and Level I Usui reiki healer. She has over a decade of experience integrating yogic philosophy and energy medicine into her daily life. Beth has trained extensively as a Buddhist practitioner and she combines her yogic training and experience with zazen to guide students through deep guided meditations. She is a self-taught writer and poet and her creative nature supports her with offering enlivened meditative experiences. She started her Buddhist journey at Open Door in Pomona and is deeply honored to be returning to the community to share her passion for the spiritual path with other seekers.
