Mystic Monday Meditation

Join us for a deep dive into the brahmavihārās. Literally "divine abodes," these virtues are collectively known in English as the Four Limitless Ones or Four Immeasurables. These qualities include Loving-kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy, and Equanimity. Each week we will focus on one of these heart-opening meditations, rotating through them every four weeks.
45 minutes.
45 minutes.
May all beings have happiness and the cause of happiness.
May they be free of suffering and the cause of suffering.
May they never be disassociated from the supreme happiness which is without suffering.
May they remain in the boundless equanimity, free from both attachment to close ones and rejection of others.
