Beth, a certified Kripalu yoga instructor, Reiki healer, Zen Buddhist, and practitioner of the science of mind, hosts this weekly guided meditation to help you release the workday and prepare for sleep. Beth's training with Jennifer Reis, the creator of Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra, gives her a powerful understanding of how to lead body scans and guided visualizations that bring her students into deep states of relaxation. The level of relaxation Beth offers to her mediation students has been known to leave them feeling like they've just had several hours of sleep.

About Your Teacher

Beth Slowik is a 200 hour certified Kripalu yoga instructor and Level I Usui reiki healer. She has over a decade of experience integrating yogic philosophy and energy medicine into her daily life. Beth has trained extensively as a Buddhist practitioner and she combines her yogic training and experience with zazen to guide students through deep guided meditations. She is a self-taught writer and poet and her creative nature supports her with offering enlivened meditative experiences. She started her Buddhist journey at Open Door in Pomona and is deeply honored to be returning to the community to share her passion for the spiritual path with other seekers.
